With the conclusion of this political season upon us, this workout is dedicated to the democratic process we all took place in this past week. Just like Barack and Mitt tried to do, you will work to get 270 electoral votes. Below is the breakdown of exercises and reps you need to perform to get elected.
Do the reps however best works for you.
Some may choose to do 45 burpees then 45 crunches, etc. while others choose to do 1 burpee then 1 crunch, etc. while others will choose something in between.
