This week is a busy week in the Green household – it’s a busy time at work, we are attending a fun event Thursday night, and the Philadelphia half marathon is coming up on Sunday. I tried to take all of this into account when creating our weekly meal plan, so here is what we are eating this week!
Monday, 11/11: Trader Joe’s goat cheese and sun dried tomato ravioli, green beans
Tuesday, 11/12: Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai
Wednesday, 11/13: Autumn sausage casserole (in the crock pot!)
Thursday, 11/14: Food and wine/beer pairing event in our neighborhood
Friday, 11/15: Baked ziti with spinach
Saturday, 11/16: Out to dinner
Sunday, 11/17: Race day!! Philadelphia half marathon here we come!
