There are tremendous benefits to lifting heavy. Here’s a quick Google search. That’s why today’s workout incorporates heavy lifting into our normal circuit-style routine. These are lower reps so focus on heavy weight with good form. Note: Most exercises may not need weight, only add if appropriate. Make the exercise as difficult for you as possible.

These lifts should be done in order. Complete each exercise in round one before moving onto the second round. (i.e. kettlebells then burpees and so on…) Do As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 25 minutes.

How many laps can you do in 25 minutes?

Heavy Lifting

Exercise Reps
One-Arm Kettlebell Swings 10
Burpees 5
Push-ups 10
Pull-ups 5
Jump Squats 20
Bench Dips 10
DB Bent Over Rows 5

 Enjoy!
