like love planning. Whether it’s putting together a training plan, making a to-do list, or updating my calendar, I’m all about it. As Jillian Michaels has said – “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” and I totally agree! Planning helps me to squeeze in a workout on a busy day or take a healthy packed lunch instead of grabbing take out at work.
So…being the planning fanatic that I am, it should be no surprise that I have a Marathon To-Do List. Many of these items are just reminders of what I should be doing this week, but I like being able to see them written down and it helps to put me in the right mindset for this weekend.
